Family Relief

  • Financial Assistance and Applications. Accepted from any child in the US under the age of 18, any type of cancer diagnosis, and from all income levels.
  • Uber Eats/Instacart Gift Cards. Requests for gift cards are accepted from families in the Houston area who have previously applied for and received financial assistance from Addi’s Faith Foundation.

Addi’s Faith Foundation has already given $2 million to MD Anderson Cancer Center for a project that is seeking therapeutic options for recurrent brain tumors in children. AFF (and other organizations like it) provided the necessary “seed money” in order to collect the preliminary data and this project has now attracted additional governmental funds and is currently enrolling patients in the clinical trial.

Grief Support

Holley’s Hope is an extension of AFF that focuses on supporting families who have lost a child. Our grief support group meets the first Tuesday of every month from 6:30-8:00 at Christ the King Church in Kingwood.

Addi’s Faith Foundation is currently accepting applications for scholarship opportunities for childhood brain tumor survivors. These scholarships are in memory of Alexia Paige Surdukan & Andrew Wade Heron, (children of AFF board members), who bravely fought against glioblastoma and medulloblastoma. Each scholarship awarded will be in the amount of $1,000, renewable yearly, based on enrollment and availability.
