Kaylyn is a kind-hearted 12-year-old who has Leukemia and needs a stem cell transplant. This family has incurred many additional expenses including rent for an apartment. Dad is juggling work and caring for Kaylyn’s brother and mom quit work to care for Kaylyn full time.
Precious 2 yr old, Athena, has AT/RT (same brain tumor as Addi). Her mom quit her job to care for her, leaving only one income to meet their increasing bills.
In efforts to keep up with the number of requests we receive, we have set a goal to raise $10,000 a month from our Sunshine Circle. Reaching our goal would allow us to help more families! Just $10 a month from 1000 people do it!
Can you give just $10 a month? For the cost of one fast food lunch (not good for you anyway 😉) you could truly make a difference in the life a child who needs their mom & dad by their side.
Quotes from Families
I just wanted to say thank you so much for the check we received today! It made me cry. I am having an overwhelming day. We have been fighting this horrible disease for 6 long months. It feels like a lifetime. Your check today helps so much and is appreciated more than you know!!!! It reminded me Gods got this! Which is our little phrase that has stuck out to us from the beginning of this tiring journey. Lots of love to you all!!! – Jen Ingram
Words cannot describe how thankful we are! Our little girl just had her 8th brain surgery and we were selling things to put food on the table. That money could not have come at a better time. Thank God for you all. I hope you all know just how much you are helping families like ours. – The Waltons
I can’t tell you how much I appreciated your extremely generous donation to me and my family. I was so overwhelmed I cried! I was able to have our air conditioner repaired (it had been broken for 3 weeks), got caught up on the gas bills, and put the rest towards the utility bill. It felt wonderful to get all that weight off my shoulders. I am an educator and am hoping to return back full time this school year. I kept praying for help and there you were. – Michelle Genteman
